Homemade Ube Latte

A smooth, creamy, and naturally sweetened latte, perfect for chilled moments at home.
Ingredients (1 cup):
- 1 tsp ube powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey/agave)
- 200 ml of vegetable milk (almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Option: milk foam, grated coconut or cinnamon topping
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat.
- Add the ube powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until the powder is well dissolved and the mixture turns purple 💜
- Pour into a pretty mug, add a cloud of milk foam
Little extra: You can also make it iced in an iced latte version for summer!
