Creamy Homemade Ube Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Maker!)

The ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of Ube Ubeal powder
  • 400 ml of fresh whole liquid cream
  • 200 ml of sweetened condensed milk

Preparation:

  1. To make your whipped cream, start by placing the liquid cream, whisk, and bowl in the refrigerator for a few hours. Once they're cold, they'll make whipping the cream easier!
  2. Once everything is cool, whip the cream until you get a nice light whipped cream.
  3. Using a spatula, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and ube powder. Take your time to avoid breaking the light texture of the cream.
  4. Pour the mixture into a suitable mold or container, then place in the freezer for at least 4 hours to let the magic happen.

And there you have it!  Your homemade ice cream is ready to be enjoyed: creamy, delicious and full of good humor.
