Healthy Ube-Coconut Chia Pudding

At Ubéal, we're offering you an ultra-simple, quick-to-prepare, and deliciously original idea: an Ube chia pudding! An explosion of sweetness, color, and benefits for the body. Whether for a vitamin-packed breakfast, a healthy snack, or even a light dessert, this recipe will quickly become a staple. Let's get cooking!

The ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Ube Ubeal powder
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 250 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of the sweetener of your choice (honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, coconut sugar, etc.)
  • The topping of your choice (fresh fruit, granola, almond puree, chocolate shavings, etc.)

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, Ubeal powder, and your chosen sweetener. Stir well to prevent the seeds from sticking together.
  2. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then mix again to distribute the seeds evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (ideally overnight) to allow the pudding to set to a perfect texture, both smooth and slightly gelled.
  4. Before serving, add the toppings of your choice: fresh fruit, crunchy granola, almond butter or a few chocolate chips... let your creativity run wild!
