The ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Ube Ubeal powder
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 250 ml of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of the sweetener of your choice (honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, coconut sugar, etc.)
- The topping of your choice (fresh fruit, granola, almond puree, chocolate shavings, etc.)
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, Ubeal powder, and your chosen sweetener. Stir well to prevent the seeds from sticking together.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then mix again to distribute the seeds evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (ideally overnight) to allow the pudding to set to a perfect texture, both smooth and slightly gelled.
- Before serving, add the toppings of your choice: fresh fruit, crunchy granola, almond butter or a few chocolate chips... let your creativity run wild!
